A bit late I know, but the 16th of Nov 2013 marked 43 years since the TriStar first got suspended into the air! After all these years it's still such a b-e-a-utiful, attractive and unique craft, too bad there are only few airworthy airframes left! I don't know you guys, but when I look at those faded ol' pics of the TriStar on the ramp, with its doors wide open, with an old-fashioned stair connecting the door with the ground, with smiling people boarding it, with catering vehicles swarming around the plane, with passengers being able to...more freely walk around the craft and take pictures with it etc etc...I have THAT feeling....which cannot be described
